New Home; Baby number 1

This is me. Austynn Skeeter.
This is the pain of contractions I'm going to face for the next 99 births.  So, read along to find out what happens in my everyday life as I tackle the Sims 3 100 Baby Challenge.
I have a dog named Bailey, and I just moved from my parent's house to this town named Appaloosa Plains to get away from city life.

This is the small house that I could just afford. It has a good sized lot, a huge pond in the back, 1 bathroom, a good sized bedroom (only 1...). It's enough room for Bailey and I. But with 100 baby's on their way I'll move someday.

I started my day like I would any other, teaching Bailey new tricks, and settling into our new home.

So I went around looking for the first baby daddy, and met Calvin Griffin. He was young, good looking, tan... We started talking, and flirting, and before I knew it, we were in his car on the way to my house.

After some more hugging, we got to the baby making...

After the first try, there was no lullaby. My thoughts were in a different world on not hearing anything, so we tried a few more times and finally heard the lullaby.

Calvin went home, so I decided to pass the time by playing with Bailey and giving her lots of attention before the baby(ies) arrived.

Oh god. Nausea... I ran to the bathroom and threw up my lunch.

I decided to finally get dressed and head over to the bookstore to look into some pregnancy books. So I bought two, and started reading the first one in front of the store to get some air. I had a gut feeling that I was going to be expecting soon, so this trip was necessary.

Please no! More nausea, and out in public!

With no bathroom anywhere, I had to do what I had to do, and I threw up on the sidewalk. There was a couple people around that looked at me disgusted. It's not my fault!

When I got home I fell asleep instantly, and woke up half way through the night to discover I was finally pregnant with baby number 1. With all joy I patted my belly and spoke softly to it. I went back to bed, and fell asleep for at least another day. Boy, the pregnancy wasn't being good to me.

When I woke up, I couldn't help but notice how big I had gotten! Please be a girl! Please be a girl! Is all I could think.

On my way outside to check the mail and pay bills, the sudden pain from labor showed up and I headed over to the hospital to finally have my first of 100 babies.
He, or she, what ever you are, why couldn't you have waited until your father was here?!

Walking into the hospital alone without Calvin left a sinking feeling in my stomach. But as the labor went on, Calvin showed up and was there through it all. I know that I'm not supposed to get close to the father's of kids, but I was glad he was there to give me some support.

I came home with a bundle of joy in my arms, who I named Violet after my good friend Violet Chrysler (who is also doing the 100 baby Challenge. She also inspired me to start my own challenge). I now welcome into the world, Violet Skeeter Baby number 1!
As a gift, my parent's gave me almost half of their retirement savings which ended up being $40 000!

  4. I am honored to be having THE Calista Smith following my blog!
I've been reading your blog, and I must say I am in love with it!

Yes, Bailey wasn't supposed to be in the room, but where ever Austynn is, she is.. I really like the name Austynn, so I was playing around with how it was Spelt and made it more Girly. I have a friend named Austin, so he was my inspiration for her name! :)

    Thanks for reading!-Austynn Skeeter

Ps. I was just trying to get Austynn preggers with baby number two, and she did, but then my game quit on me. I'm hoping to get the next post out tomorrow if I can!

  11. If she has another girl, I think you should call it Rita, like the woman in Harry Potter.
